Information
A small batch, hand-crafted take on a macro lager; we use soft Scottish water and Vienna malt to create a smooth, sweet, bready foundation with a deep golden hue, along with Caramalt for mild toffee notes and maize, to lighten the body. A judicious addition of Tettnang hops layers subtle floral and herbal notes. We ferment low and slow, with a long conditioning period to produce a crisp, clean, refreshing and highly drinkable lager which also happens to be gluten free. A lager for all, and all occasions.
