Information
The craft beer revolution arguably began when American homebrewers took the British Pale Ale and evolved it into something new by amplifying hop flavours. This European Pale Ale heads back across the Atlantic to combine British, German and Slovenian malt and hops along with a Norwegian farmhouse yeast strain, producing a well balanced beer that delivers those big, fruity New World flavours along with serious drinkability.
Punchy, fruity New World flavours with a malt sweetness, and some spice. Moderate bitterness and a dry finish. Reminiscent of a Belgian Saison or Pale Ale in it’s yeast-driven complexity.
What The Hell Was I Thinking?
Reproducing the bold, fruity flavours of a US-style IPA using only European hops and an assertive yeast.
Naturally carbonated, vegan friendly
